Permanent moulds are moulds made of high-quality iron or steel that can produce multiple castings. Because the permanent mould casting method is exorbitant, it is mostly used for mass production, but it produces successful performance when casting sophisticated and tiny pieces. A large number of castings can be made into permanent moulds from low-melting materials like aluminium. The permanent mould casting method cools the poured part faster than the sand casting method. The surfaces of the manufactured parts are so clean and of such high quality that they do not require cleaning.
